Owen was left behind after his owners moved away. He was living in an apartment complex and surviving off of the generous people who lived in the complex. He is one sweet and handsome boy. He loves cuddles and playtime is one of his favorite things. Owen craves attention and he loves to chat with you. He has very good manners for living outside for the time frame that he did. Thankfully the neighbors took good care of him. He does seem a little skittish around dogs. This complex has tenants with large dogs so unsure if he was threatened by dogs or not. In the right environment and the right dog..one use to living with cats, I think he can adjust in a home with a dog.
He is vaccincated, microchipped and tested Neg for FIV/FELV.
