Sissy and her brother, Smudge, were born to a feral mama, but taken inside at 8 weeks.  Not feral, but very timid and afraid of new people.  Not a good fit for small children, no exposure to dogs or other cats. 

Sissy has no tail.  Once she feels safe, she enjoys playing and snuggling on your neck or shoulder and purring when resting.  Litter box trained.  Sissy was the runt of the litter and is a small cat.  A quiet home would be best for her.  She is dependent on her brother and cries when separated from him.  They would love to go to a forever home together if possible.
