Tolkien had an eye infection as a baby that has scarred his eyes and impacted his vision. But he has no trouble getting around, he is able to find his food and litter box, play with his littermates and greet his humans just fine. He is surprisingly easy going and new cats and people and even loud noises rarely bother him. He runs around with a hop in his step and loves toys that jingle and crinkle. He can likely see shapes and shadows and movement and most of the time, you wouldn’t know he has any vision issues at all. He is a beautiful and very sweet little boy.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
